PVH Corp. General Support Temp - Import Coordinator - PVH Corp. in Bridgewater, New Jersey


The Temporary Import Coordinator performs daily operational tasks required to import international freight. The daily tasks support PVH Imports operations.

Assignment – Approx. 3+ months

Hours – 8:30am – 5pm


  • Monitor daily in GTN (system) shipment views/layouts to insure cargo is moving timely.

  • Review and verify entry documents to prepare worksheet for customs entry.

  • Resolve daily issues/questions that may arise regarding documentation, classification, physical movement or cargo, etc.

  • Update import tracking system & GT Nexus as necessary.

  • Responsible for resolving broker billing discrepancies.

  • Responsible for resolution of outstanding broker issues for the department’s shipments.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.


Experience: 3-5 years International Logistics experience

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to learn and think critically

  • Knowledge of footwear and apparel industries

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to learn/understand international geography, economics and politics
