Global Mobility Senior Specialist - PVH Corp.

The Global Mobility Senior Specialist will manage the delivery of the day-to-day operational activities in relation to moving associates to or within the Americas, working as part of the wider global mobility team to provide our associates with operational excellence that is efficient, responsive, and cost effective. The Global Mobility Senior Specialist acts as single point of coordination towards our international movers and family members, end to end coordination of the moves, including the monitoring of all in- and outsourced services and activities for the entire mobility lifecycle. The role will contribute to enabling our talent strategy and deliver best in class associate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for associates throughout the assignment life cycle and ensure end-to-end process delivery of all mobility-related matters.

  • Partner with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to enable consistent policy application and provide ongoing tax and immigration compliance.

  • Create cost estimates for budgeting & projection as well as provide reporting and analytics to internal stakeholders.

  • Work closely with global third-party providers to provide the associate a seamless experience (including professional tax support services, relocation & destination services, and immigration services).

  • Oversee the immigration process to ensure associates and accompanying family members have the required visa and paperwork as well as ensuring tax compliance through collaboration and accurate alignment with stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

  • Effectively utilize & embrace technology such as vendor online platforms as well as PVH’s internal assignment management system, HRIS and procurement payment platform to continue to improve global mobility delivery, reduce costs and improve management information.

  • Support the Director Global Mobility to ensure business planning, needs and objectives remain core to Mobility operations through project work and contributing to overall continuous improvement. Collaborate with mobility team members and stakeholders across regions to execute the mobility program effectively.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience of working within a global mobility function, covering The Americas.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and listening skills, English mandatory, other languages beneficial.

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through to resolve issues and a self-starting work ethic.

  • Commitment to concierge, top-level customer service.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management with ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.

  • Ability to work independently in a matrixed environment

  • Able to build trust and develop productive and trusted relationships, internally and externally.

  • Experience with working with external vendors & their online platforms to manage delivery of services.

  • Eager to learn, proactive mentality and continuous improvement mindset as well as a customer focused.

  • Demonstrated problem solving, analyzing, and reporting on program metric skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and interface with internal and external associates & stakeholders.

  • Understanding of regional tax, social security, labor law, and US immigration regulations

  • Understanding of general Compensation & Benefits topics

  • Creative problem solving

  • Project management skills – End to End

  • HRIS experience, working knowledge of Workday/SNOW is a plus.

  • Experienced user of MS office, highly experienced in Excel

  • Experience in the Retail / FMCG industry is a plus.

Experience:

  • 2 to 4 years’ experience in Global Mobility

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field

Pay Range:$105,000 - $115,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
