PVH Corp. Assistant Manager, Tax, Asia Pacific in Hong Kong, Hong Kong

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • To assist the transfer pricing planning and transfer pricing documentation preparation of the Asian entities, focusing on the CSAP entities

  • To assist the tax accounting reporting for the US GAAP reporting purpose and support the global tax reporting requirements of the group

  • To handle the tax compliance works (including the tax provision review and tax return preparation and review works) of the Asian entities, focusing on the CSAP entities

  • To handle the tax advisory works of the Asian entities including withholding tax issues on the cross border transactions, issues related to permanent establishments, tax audits and investigations, tax issues related arising from the merger and acquisition transactions and etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University graduate in Accountancy or related disciplines; the HKICPA membership or equivalent is a must

  • 4-5 years’ working experience in the tax practice (Big 4 experience is an advantages)

  • Experience in handling the MNC’s Asia tax compliance and advisory (particularly China Tax) is an advantageous

  • Strong Analytical skill, Project management

  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
