Manager, Communications, Tommy Hilfiger Asia Pacific
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Project management, including the development and execution of brand communications strategies, timelines and budgets to support seasonal campaigns, capsules and initiatives for World of Hilfiger
Proactively drive positive results in media through pitching and securing coverage
Support on all PR projects and events; fashion shows, in-store events, launches, etc.
Liaison with global communications team on all initiatives, reporting back locally and maintaining strong company-wide relationships to ensure alignment
Spearhead comprehensive reporting for initiatives, launches, editorial and events
Build, maintain and leverage network of relationships with relevant publications, media organizations, industry associations and other influential outlets to identify unique opportunities for brand integration
Develop and maintain communications calendar, including key PR activations, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-department teams
Manage Senior Communications Executive, overseeing workload and day-to-day tasks
Maintain a robust understanding of competitor and industry activity
Support on TH Brand Crisis Communications – Market / Brand / Corporate
Assessment of Markets Earned Media measurement & performance planning and monitoring
Manage Internal Communications and Engagement program and drive brand specific training material
Identify, acquire and manage Brand Ambassador / KOL / KOC regional resonance through a data-driven approach

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications
5-8 years of working experience in fashion or in relevant functions
Knowledge of the various marketing operations and consumer experiences
Strong analytical, strategic and organizational skills
Experience working with global and international offices/partners
