About THE ROLE

The PVH finance team is instrumental to the success of the PVH Region North business. Acting as true business partners the team are responsible for providing accurate, timely and reliable information which supports and shapes our strategic direction.

Reporting to the VP Finance Region North, the Senior Manager, Property, Store Development and Franchise is responsible for the property selection and leasing events and process for all of Calvin Kleins and Tommy Hilfigers retail stores across the Region (UK, Ireland, Netherlands and Nordics)

This role will work with the senior management team and VP’s to determine a business and store development strategy for our PVH Stores, providing input into the property selection and process management. They will rely on extensive experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals, business objectives and a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities include:

Corporate Retail Stores (O&O Stores)

  • Manage all property initiatives including the lease events – acquisitions, relocations and closures – for Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger stores

  • Supports the senior management team in developing strategy and planning to meet business objectives

  • Negotiates new leases and lease renewals for all O&O stores, working closely with outside legal counsel and external property consultants

  • Launches new store projects and sets the schedule for store openings working closely with European HQ store development.

  • Travelling is a key part in this role to view new markets

  • Build strong partnerships with external property consultants across the region to obtain relevant and timely information about locations and share relevant information about PVH

  • Be the key person for all property matters internally and externally working with specialists in the field

  • Strategy planning to ensure that Calvin Klein & Tommy Hilfiger Region North are represented credibly in the markets, reviewing regularly to ensure we are in the most desirable locations

  • Communicates to senior management team and global stakeholders monthly of all property events working in advance and owning input into the global governance framework

  • Accountability for updating the database of existing stores and lease renewal to ensure decisions are made timeously.

Franchise Retail Stores

  • Creates all Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein Store franchise agreement documentation with respect to their property responsibilities, focusing on up and coming breaks and lease events

  • Working closing with global and finance ensuring that the governance structure is adhered too

  • Responsible for maintaining the region property filing system for all franchise documents, to include new leases and events

About YOU

  • You’ll have extensive leadership experience working in a similar/equivalent role within Property, and Store development, specifically within the UK

  • You’ll have excellent knowledge and execution of all leasing events within a growing business and ability to Adapt Fast in a fast paced evolving environment

  • You’ll have sound market knowledge, leveraging external consultant relationships where necessary particularly across UK and Ireland but with the view to extend across the region

  • You’ll have excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • You’ll have the ability to Think Big , understanding strategic development and business priorities

  • You’ll have strong relationship management skills and know how to Inspire Trust across various levels- Stakeholder management, business partnering and influencing

  • You’ll be a strong and effective communicator – verbally and written

  • You’ll Act with Purpose and Take Ownership , displaying strong organizational skills with flexibility and ability to multitask and prioritize
