The Team
The Team inside the stores collectively strives to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for customers. The team works together to uphold the store's reputation, achieve sales targets, and create a positive environment that reflects the values of PVH. Each member contributes uniquely to the team's success, ensuring that the store remains a destination of choice for customers seeking quality products and outstanding service.
MISSION
Ensures Corner Performance and optimal Customer Experience, through corner management (operational processes and people) with the support of the area manager. Enhances partner relationships to develop business opportunities and maximize sales.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Experience
Represents the model to be followed regarding the customer experience at La Rinascente
Ensures that the selling ceremony is properly known and acted upon by the sales staff and identifies with the area manager any corrective actions in terms of feedback, training, coaching
Cultivates and develops collaborative relationships with neighboring corners and regularly conducts competitive analysis and benchmarking
Stays abreast of current trends, has a solid understanding of the customer profile and the local community in which they are located
People
Is responsible for the professional development of all store personnel
Transfers training needs of store personnel to the Area Manager
Plans with the Area Manager for FTEs and role needs
Oversees workforce planning by getting support from the area manager
Operational Excellence
Manages store priorities through coordination with area manager on a daily, weekly and monthly basis considering sales calendar and projects to be implemented
Transfers any redesign and priority alignment needs to the area manager
Ensures proper transfer/implementation of processes and information, making sure to gather feedback from the team and transfer it to the Area Manager
Collects and implements best practices from other stores as needed
Stimulates and facilitates the generation of innovation and/or improvement proposals from personnel
Sales and KPIs
Is responsible for point of sale performance
Analyzes sales KPI performance and identifies with his/her area manager actions to maximize results
About you
Ability to build relationships of trust and credibility with the team and external partners
Medium to long-term results orientation and strategic mindset
Ability and desire to achieve exceptional goals
Analytical and organizational skills
Strong leadership skills, able to convey company vision, innovate and inspire the team
Ability to provide concrete and constructive feedback and guide the team toward successful performance and personal development
Knowledge of and interest in key market and fashion industry trends
Solid knowledge of operational and managerial aspects of the point of sale
Fluency in oral and written communication in English
Ability to read and interpret KPIs and implement actions to maximize results
Good knowledge of the Office package, particularly Excel and Power Point
Excellent diplomatic skills to manage the corner within La rinascente - direct reports with area managers and superiors
