PVH Corp. Manager Business Strategy and Operations - PVH Corp in New York, New York

The Manager of Business Strategy & Operations (Heritage Brands) will serve as a strategic driver of Heritage brand initiatives. A critical focus of this role will be to assist in the execution of the Heritage portfolio vision by connecting with thousands of influential startups across key areas of interest through the Plug & Play partnership. The selected candidate will be a self-starter with extensive experience in a tech-focused environment and can provide input into future growth opportunities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support business development opportunities (i.e. new distribution strategies, growth opportunities)

  • Support management of the Plug & Play relationship for Heritage brands – seeking out and evaluating influential startups to advance Heritage initiatives and opportunities ranging from new business models, customer experience, data capture, e-commerce, personalization, etc.

  • Prioritize divisional strategies with P&P initiatives to set up divisions for success and alignment across Heritage portfolio

  • Support business teams to lead and execute against critical cross brand initiatives (i.e. Mass, Digital, Sustainability, GTM)

  • Support Heritage brand special projects as they arise

  • Project manage cross functional teams (including Marketing, IT, brand leads, Operations, Finance, Strategy, Sales, Planning) to ensure projects are on time and within budget

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in apparel business and/or emerging fashion technology industry is preferred

  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of the consumer environment

  • Ability to handle new and complex topics, interpret data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations

  • High standard of accuracy

  • Ability to synthesize information, present effectively, and influence at the highest level of the organization

  • Experience presenting to large audiences

  • Adaptable to change and capable of re-prioritizing appropriately

Education:

BA/BS degree required, MBA in related business concentration preferred

Skills:

  • High proficiency with MS Office Suite: Word, PowerPoint and Excel

  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written

  • Strong leadership, facilitation and project management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
