Position summary:

The Manager, Global Integrated Marketing position will drive the development and execution of strategic Go To Market plans for Calvin Klein, with a focus on unified global messaging across eCommerce and media — handling the day to day planning and internal alignment with key global and regional cross-functional teams through to execution. In partnership with Creative, Marketing Operations, and regional marketing teams, this role will support the development of cohesive channel communications and go-to-market strategies in support of the Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Marketing.

Primary responsibilities/accountabilities of the job:

In alignment with strategies set forth by the CMO, support the development of cohesive full-funnel marketing plans seasonally, focusing on how brand creative and messaging comes to life.

Establish positive relationships with key partners throughout the organization (Creative, Social Media, Media, Licensee Marketing, Regional teams) to inform ongoing planning and business/brand alignment.

Be responsible for the global e-commerce calendar, working with Global Social and Marketing teams to align weekly messaging across all key regions and build a unified global eCommerce experience

Partner closely with Marketing Operations and Creative teams to ensure channel planning needs, asset requirements and delivery time timetables are achieved to meet launch timings on eCommerce, CRM and Media

Support the development of seasonal media plans– including global/regional planning and reviews, reporting and share-outs.

Support business and marketing analytics for all initiatives, challenging internal partners to deliver against key KPIs

Build and maintain strong partnerships with key media, platform, intelligence and technology partners to continue to cultivate innovation and excellence for the brand within the industry.

Support the tracking of the seasonal measurement plans and lead share-out with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications & experience:

Experience :

5-6 years of Marketing experience, with a shown experience in the execution of 360 owned, earned and paid marketing plans.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree Required

Skills:

Demonstrated ability to work cross functionally in a global capacity

Strong communications skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment with team members at all levels.

Resourceful and proactive, with strong organizational/project management skills and a keen attention to detail.

Strong writing and editing skills.

Experience with ecommerce, paid media, and how brand stories come to life on digital channels.

Analytical, with the ability to provide strategic recommendations based on data.

Passionate about fashion, art, pop culture and global events!

Ability to quickly absorb the brand and aesthetic.

High proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Google Drive suite. Keynote experience a plus.

This role will support the Sr. Manager, Global Integrated Marketing in the decisions related to day-to-day management of global / regional digital channels; solving problems by providing creative solutions and driving continual efforts to maintain Calvin Klein brand standards

Resourcefulness/creativity:

This role is highly strategic and collaborative in the development of consumer marketing strategies and its implementation across online channels.

Environment:

The environment is fast-paced and deadline driven but maintains an encouraging and team-oriented atmosphere! Travel as needed.

Pay Range:$95,000 - $125,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
