Studio PVH and Manager Studio are the vehicles for delivering required management and leadership processes to our customers: all associates with an additional focus on people managers. POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director, Global Talent Development, the Manager of Global Talent Development is responsible for leading the project planning, design, development and implementation of learning and development programs, talent development projects and associate engagement initiatives for office and retail associates across the organization.

The position's primary responsibility is to design comprehensive programs tailored for a diverse workforce, including managers, individual contributors, and front-line associates. Collaborative efforts with stakeholders across various departments are crucial to align these programs with the organization's HR priorities and business objectives. The ideal candidate will create engaging content using instructional design principles, ensure effective program implementation, and develop strategies to enhance employee engagement.

Responsibilities also include evaluating the programs' impact, utilizing technology to improve learning experiences, and managing projects from inception to completion. A profound understanding of the business and its functions is vital to align talent development with organizational goals. Additionally, maintaining strong vendor relationships and staying current with industry trends are essential for delivering high-quality resources and promoting continuous improvement in talent development practices.

The ideal candidate will adopt an enterprise-wide mindset in their work, develop relevant and engaging learning solutions, and foster productive and collaborative relationships across the company. They will design solutions that enhance the end-user experience and focus on achieving PVH's strategic priorities through the leverage of talent expertise.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

· Program Design: Design talent development strategies and programs for managers and individual contributors, including office, retail, and other front-line associates. Ensure global standards are established and maintained while allowing for customization to meet regional and market needs, brand expression and cultural nuances.

· Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including regional Talent Development, HR Business Partners, Inclusion & Diversity teams, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, business leaders, and subject-matter

experts, to align talent development programs with HR priorities, drive business outcomes and meet organizational development needs.

· Content Development and Instructional Design: Create, source, and curate materials and content for talent development, employing instructional design principles to ensure engagement and effectiveness. Develop learning objectives, structure content, and choose the right delivery methods to maximize learning outcomes.

· Implementation: Oversee the rollout and delivery of talent development programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.

· Communications & Engagement: Design and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, ensuring that talent development initiatives are aligned with employee interests and contribute to a positive and motivating work environment.

· Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of talent development programs through feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed. Design dashboards to visualize data and drive insights that inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

· Business Acumen & Organizational Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of the organization's business, brands, and functions to ensure talent development initiatives are relevant and aligned with business strategies and objectives.

· Technology Integration: Utilize and integrate technology and digital tools to enhance talent development experiences and accessibility.

· Project Management: Plan, execute, and oversee talent development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, and achieve the desired outcomes.

· Change Communication: Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey changes in talent development initiatives to all stakeholders, ensuring clear understanding and alignment with organizational goals.

· Vendor Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality training materials, programs, and resources that align with the organization's talent development goals.

· Continuous Improvement: Stay informed of the latest trends and best practices in talent development to continuously improve the effectiveness and innovation of these programs.

Pay Range:$95,000 - $115,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
