Manager, Project Management - Calvin Klein

The Manager, Project Management is responsible for the development of project plans for assigned projects. Ensure maximum process efficiency while delivering optimum creative solutions for internal and external partners; provides suggestions for continuous improvement of best practices to ensure maximum utilization of resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as primary point of contact for all assigned projects

  • Participate in all creative discovery meetings for development of creative brief documentation and project timelines

  • Create and distribute integrated project schedules for all marketing initiatives from concept through final asset delivery

  • Lead day-to-day management and optimization of all assigned projects

  • Ensure project briefs are fully complete before commencement of work

  • Gain thorough understanding of CRK team roles in projects and processes

  • Ensure projects meet business requirements

  • Plan, coordinate and direct discipline teams to ensure briefs are executed

  • Partner with Creative Operations to ensure timely delivery of assets for Gazette and Tool Kit Development

  • Support cross-discipline and cross-partner collaboration

  • Manage and monitor all process steps by collaborating with task owners to ensure project deadlines are met

  • Keep a current status document of all projects

  • Resolve problems and keep moving towards completion

  • Gain strong understanding of brand standards to ensure all project deliverables stay “on brand”

  • Stay up to date with latest industry news and trends to ensure optimization

  • Provide point of view on best practices and solutions across functions

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years proven and progressive project management experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent experience

  • Strong interpersonal skills; positive, energetic and open minded

  • Strong work ethic, and relentless commitment to quality and efficiency

  • Excellent communication, written and verbal

  • Confident and comfortable presentation skills

  • Strong data/analytics skills

  • Ability to lead and manage teams

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Flexibility to adjust quickly to changes and deliver on tight deadlines

  • Proficiency with personal computers as well as pertinent software packages

  • Passion for the industry and brand

  • Ability to make decisions quickly, innovate and create new processes when warranted

This position is not eligible for sponsorship.

Pay Range:$85,000 - $105,000

PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
