PVH Corp. Visual Communications Manager (Retail) - Tommy Hilfiger in New York, New York
The Visual Communications Manager supports the VP of Visual Communication and Visual Merchandising, while managing all Retail Communication to various departments. This role will work closely with the Merchant and Brand Field Team to leverage support on various on-going projects where Visual Communication and managing timelines/deadlines are necessary.
Oversee Visual Communication for all divisions for Retail, Tier1, and Global Projects
Manages all weekly/seasonal field communication through Store Comm. Coordinates French translation of Weekly Directives with Store Comm.
Filters the communication from all teams and coordinates with Store Comm for field distribution
Collaborates with Visual and Field Teams to capture the seasonal message and execution. Oversees the making of the document for executive review and field distribution
Manages the communication/production of with print vendors. Works with the Global and Visual teams on creating an annual calendar with print deadlines and communicates timeline with print vendor
Partnering /communicating with Store Comm for weekly updates to page
Share and utilize assets within retail and company store channels. Gain visibility on opportunities
Collaborate with store team on revamp of weekly communication vehicles
The Visual Communications Manager is responsible for the day-to-day decisions of on-going projects. Setting the expectations and deadlines for all departments involved and managing through the project until completion
5 years of experience in Retail, Visual or Project Managing
Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize
Professional demeanor and proactive approach
Ability to interface with all levels within the organization
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Microsoft Professional Office
Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects while adhering to deadlines
Detail oriented/innovative traits necessary. Must be able to find best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency
Must be flexible and adapt to changing trends of business and projects
Must have a solid foundation of store architecture, visual merchandising, visual standards, excel and visual training
Ability to travel, if needed
